- Check-in will not take place without advance payment.

-  When registering or booking, the guest must identify himself and provide an identification document (identity card or passport).

-  Upon check-in, you will be given a key holder with two keys: one for the main door and one for the room requested when booking.

- Any change to the defined check-in time must be communicated in advance.

 

     Check-out

• Until 11:00

- Check-out must be done before 11:00.

- Any change to the stipulated check-out time must be requested in advance,  being subject to the availability of the guest house.

 

Noises

- Special attention is required for the need for silence between 23:00 and 7:00 .

- Any situation involving damage to the Guest House must be reported to the owner so that it can be evaluated and, if justified, will be charged.

                                                            

Claims

- The Guest House has a complaints book.

Safety

- The Guest House is not responsible for money, jewelry or other valuables that may disappear within its premises.

-  The main door of the building must always be closed, and the door of each room must be locked.

-  It is not allowed the stay and/or stay of people who are not part of the Guest House guest list.

 

Prohibitions

- Without prejudice to the above and the general rules on local accommodation, it is not allowed inside the Guest House premises:

• Smoking or smoking;

• Change or change the layout of the rooms;

• Leave trash in common and private spaces.

 

Hygiene and cleaning

- The cleaning of the common spaces of the Guest House is carried out every day.

- A  cleaning of rooms and toilets will be carried out after check-out  and whenever requested during your stay.

- Towels will only be changed when requested by the guest.

- When you want to change your towel, ask us.

- If the stay is longer than 5 days, the bed linen will be changed.

- Reservations can be made by phone, email, partner sites or in person and are subject to availability.
